Network Connection and Infrastructure
The Data Center is located in Northern California; it is a secure, controlled access facility. All dedicated servers are housed in a locked steel cabinets with blinded louvered doors for better cooling & security. The cooling system provides flow through cooling through the raised flooring. The power system provides industrial grade conditioned power, UPS power backup and standby diesel generator as secondary power backup. Each Server is connected to a fully switched 10/100 Ethernet port, with redounded OC-12 backbone connectivity to the Internet at Major peering points. The data center is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. If you experience a problem with your server in the middle of the night, we are just a phone call away. |
