Network Connection and Infrastructure
Sago Networks prides itself on having built a solid, redundant network; and can thus offer greater than 99.9% uptimes. We achieve this through a simple and scalable architecture. In our Tampa facility, we manage numerous connections to the Internet backbone (utilizing the BGPv4 to transmit route information). All connections to our Internet backbone carriers are gigabit (or greater) over divergent optical paths to desired metropolitan peering points for any desired telecommunications carriers. Internally, redundant routing paths are provided through extensive use of OSPFv2 (RFC 2328). Our main carriers are Level(3), Sprint, PCCW, Verizon, Global Crossing, XO, and Cogent. Sago's Fiber Network spans to both major aggregate carrier points in the Southeastern US of Atlanta and Miami. By connecting all the points in between, Sago Networks is able to give large carrier service with a small business personal touch. |
