worth researching. One of my hosting plans had its server changed frequently
which I thought there has been interruptions, but service is still available
while under maintenance.

Hostway.co.uk - In Dec 2001, I talked to
Neil Burton about this company. The company was called Iarna at that time.
The company was focusing in offering featured rich shared hosting plans for
customers, especially on Windows plan. The grew successfully. Hostway bought
over the company in 2002, but the management know-how and the quality
technical service is still under the operation of the same old company.
