Parallels to Deliver Container-based Virtualization for HP Integrity Servers

RENTON, Wash., July 2, 2008 Parallels today announced it is
collaborating with HP to offer Parallels Virtuozzo Containers to HP Integrity
server customers who want to virtualize business-critical Windows and Linux
workloads. Parallels Virtuozzo Containers has been validated to run on HP
Integrity servers, including the largest 64-processor HP Integrity Superdome
servers, addressing the needs of customers who require Windows and Linux-based
Itanium virtualization.

Integrity servers can be virtualized for greater utilization, enabling users to
get a higher return on investment from their hardware, and making container
virtualization a truly valuable approach for consolidating performance-sensitive
